February 2021
Letter from the President
Sunflower Chapter Members and Visitors,
The Chapter Board of Directors is looking forward to working with you this year.
It has been too long since our last update. A year ago, everything changed with a realization a pandemic was upon us. Suddenly everything needed to be changed. We needed to figure out how to do our work in new ways and be safe doing it. The innovations in rethinking our processes to keep ourselves and customers safe were quick and effective. We didn’t stop there, we kept innovating as necessary to fulfill our public health role of safely removing waste and placing it for composting, recycling or disposal.
I am proud of our collective success through perseverance, constant innovation, and endurance over the past year. We do our jobs without a great deal of praise but what we do matters to our communities.
Thank you for everything you do.
We hope to see you soon.
Regards,
Craig Wood, Chapter President
